Objective:

A large European bank wishes to apply AI process to optimize its recruitment process. The bank receives more than a million job applications for its a few thousand jobs that it published. This task required around 60 people to process and list the number of candidates matching each job. We were called upon to replace this manual process with AI driven CV matching.

Leading Bank Optimises Recruitment Process

Solution:

Our InsightR platform that can semantically match job offers with the candidates applications. Moreover it enhances the job profiles with psychological variables as well as the information content with an open data.

A deep learning based approach was applied using machine learning, image processing and optical character recognition to create custom algorithm that contextualizes the bank recruitment problem and reduces the manual work to an automated CV matching.

Impact:

Candidates quality and their match to the job offers increased by 60%. The time spent on pre-selection decreased by 85%. On top, we achieved significant reduction of the bias in filtering process.
